How to store microgreens
Refrigerate immediately. Keep in the original pack or an airtight box with a paper towel. Do not wash until you are ready to eat.

Put your pack in the fridge as soon as it arrives. Cold, dry leaves last longer than leaves left on the counter.
Keep them in the original packaging, or move them to an airtight container lined with a paper towel to catch extra moisture. Do not wash until you are about to eat — washing early speeds up spoilage.
Treat them like cut salad leaves. Exact days per variety will be published once we have measured them. Until then, eat soon.
