Radish
I put a little radish on my morning bowl. It has a small spicy bite, nothing harsh. The rest stayed in the fridge, and it was still crisp a week later.

Reviews
Four notes, each about a green someone actually put on a plate. Radish, sunflower, pea shoots, and the peppery ones.

Broccoli and sunflower
Broccoli goes into a smoothie, sunflower onto toast. Neither one is loud. They taste like they were cut close to delivery, and the box arrived dry.

Pea shoots
Pea shoots on dal rice is enough for me. Sweet, a little crunch, and an ordinary plate looks finished. They came on the day that was promised.

Peppery greens
When a dish is rich, I add a pinch of the peppery greens. That is all it needs. The colour is still bright when I open the pack, and I like that they are grown nearby.
