Microgreens for salads and bowls
Use mild greens as a base and peppery ones as a garnish so a salad tastes considered, not bitter.

Build a bowl with sunflower or pea shoots, then finish with a pinch of sango radish or mustard so the pepper doesn't take over.
Beetroot microgreens add colour without much heat — useful next to citrus, goat cheese, or paneer.
Shop the salad-friendly greens individually, or pick the Beginner Box: sunflower, pea shoots, and spinach.
