Cauliflower Microgreens

Soft, nutty, with a quiet cabbage sweetness.

Microgreens are the first leaves of vegetables, cut 7–14 days after sowing. A small serving finishes two or three plates — it is not a bowl of salad.

What this green is

Cauliflower microgreens are the first leaves of cauliflower. Mild, slightly nutty, with a soft cabbage sweetness.
